Welcome to our practice! When you arrive, the entrance will be located along 192nd Street (on the same side as The Grind Coffeehouse and Hotworx). If you arrive during normal business hours for our location at Ko. & Co. Studios, you will be able to enter the building without buzzing in. If you enter outside of business hours, you will simply buzz in via the directory located in the one and only entryway.
